Regular home cleans
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly — whatever fits around work and the kids. Kitchen benches, bathrooms and ensuites, floors, dusting, and the bins out on bin day if that helps. Same cleaner each visit wherever we can manage it.
Offices, shops and workplaces
Small offices, salons, clinics, showrooms and strata common areas across Perth. After hours or before you open — whichever gets in your way least. Start with a one-off and go from there.
Vacate cleans
Moving out and want the bond back? We clean to what your property manager actually inspects: oven and racks, window tracks and flyscreens, built-in robes, marks on walls, skirtings. Book it for the day after the removalists.

Regular home clean
$55 /hr
Two hours minimum, so $110 for the smallest job.
Workplace clean
$50 /hr
Or a fixed weekly rate once we’ve seen the place.
Vacate clean

For a one-bedroom. Priced on the property, not by the hour.
Those are starting prices, and we’d rather be straight with you about why they move. Cleaning isn’t like buying a shirt off the rack — the same floor area can be an easy morning or a long day, depending on what’s actually there when we walk in.
What changes the price
- How much is in the way. Furniture still in the house, boxes, a garage full of gear. Shifting things to clean under and behind them is part of the job and it takes time.
- Rubbish and building waste. Taking it away isn’t part of a standard clean. If there’s a lot of it, tell us up front and we’ll price it in properly.
- How long since it was last done properly. A place cleaned fortnightly and a place cleaned once a year are two different jobs at the same square metreage.
- Ovens, range hoods and shower screens. These three are what blow out a vacate clean, and they’re the three people forget to mention.
- Getting in. Stairs with no lift, nowhere to park, or a strata building where we need to book the loading dock.
- Pets. Hair in carpet and upholstery adds time.
- The layout. 200 m² on one level is quicker than 140 m² over three.

Questions we get asked
How much do cleaners charge in Perth?
Most Perth cleaners sit between $45 and $60 an hour, and nearly everyone has a two-hour minimum. Ours start at $55. A vacate clean is priced on the property, not by the hour.
Why can’t you give me a fixed price online?
We can give you a starting price, and we do. What we can’t do is guess what’s behind the door. Two houses the same size can be an hour apart depending on what’s in the way, how long it’s been and the state of the oven. We’d rather ring you, ask four questions and give you a number that holds.
Is there a minimum booking?
Two hours. Below that the travel costs more than the clean.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our regulars leave a key or a lockbox code. We’ll sort that on the confirmation call.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes, gear and products are in the price. If you’d rather we used yours — allergies, or a surface that needs something specific — just let us know.
Will a vacate clean get my bond back?
We clean to the standard property managers inspect against, and if they pick something up, tell us within 72 hours and we’ll come back and redo it. What we can’t fix is fair wear and tear or damage — under WA tenancy law that’s not something cleaning is meant to cover anyway.
