Commercial cleaning in Perth, WA
Small offices, salons, clinics, showrooms and strata common areas across the Perth metro area. After hours or before you open, whichever gets in your way least.

What we cover
Desks, benches and reception areas, kitchens and staff rooms. Toilets and washrooms cleaned and restocked. Hard floors mopped, carpets vacuumed, glass doors and partitions wiped down. Bins emptied and taken to the collection point. For strata, the common areas and stairwells as well.
Who we clean for
Most of our workplace clients are small. An office with a handful of desks, a salon or a barber shop, a clinic or a consulting room, a showroom, a studio, or a strata building where the foyer and the stairwells need doing a couple of times a week. If your site is a warehouse or anything industrial, tell us what’s involved and we’ll say honestly whether it’s a job for us or one for a bigger outfit.
How the arrangement works
Start with a one-off so you can see the standard before committing to anything. If it suits, we move to a regular run (nightly, a few days a week, or weekly) on a fixed rate once we’ve walked the place.
No lock-in contracts. If it stops working for you, tell us and we stop. We’d rather keep the work by doing it properly.
How often
Some places need a run every night. Plenty do well on two or three nights a week. A small office with four or five people is usually fine on a weekly clean, as long as the kitchen and the washroom get done properly each time. We’d rather work the frequency out after we’ve walked through the place than sell you five nights you don’t need, and it’s easy enough to change once you see how it goes.
What it costs
From $50 an hour, or a fixed weekly rate once we’ve seen the site. Workplaces usually work out a little cheaper per hour than homes, because there’s more floor area per hour and less travel per job. See what changes the price.
Plenty of our workplace clients have us do their home as well. We do that side of it too: house cleaning in Perth.
Consumables and invoicing
Toilet paper, hand soap and bin liners can go either way. Keep buying what you already buy and we’ll keep it stocked, or we pick it up and put it on the invoice at what it cost us. Invoices go out weekly or monthly, whichever suits your bookkeeping.
Insurance and access
Full public liability cover. If your building needs inductions, keys signed out or a loading dock booked, tell us at the quote and we’ll build it into the schedule instead of finding out about it on the first night.
Handing back a tenancy
Moving out of a commercial space is a different job from a regular run. It gets cleaned to what the managing agent inspects against, and it’s priced on the place, not by the hour, same as a house. There’s more on our vacate cleaning page.
