House cleaning in Perth, WA

What’s included in a regular home clean
Every room
Dusting and wiping of reachable surfaces, skirtings and window sills · vacuuming of carpets and rugs · hard floors mopped · doors, handles and light switches wiped · mirrors and glass · cobwebs · bins emptied and re-lined.
Kitchen
Benches and splashback · cupboard fronts and handles · sink and taps scrubbed and polished · cooktop and the outside of the range hood · microwave inside and out · outside of the fridge, dishwasher and oven · floors mopped, including under anything we can safely shift.
Bathrooms and ensuite
Shower screen, tiles and grout scrubbed · shower head and taps descaled · basin and vanity, front and sides · toilet inside, outside and behind · mirrors · exhaust fan cover.
Bedrooms and living areas
Beds made, or linen changed if you leave it out · under the beds where we can reach · built-in robe fronts.
What’s not included as standard
Just ask and we’ll price it in: inside the oven, fridge or cupboards · walls and ceilings beyond spot cleaning · light fittings · shifting heavy furniture · removing rubbish or building waste · anything needing a ladder above shoulder height · carpet steam cleaning and outside windows, which are separate services.

What it costs
From $55 an hour, two hours minimum. A first clean usually takes longer than the ones after it, because we’re catching up on everything at once. We’ll tell you on the phone roughly how long we think it will take, and the number we give you is the number you pay.
How long does it take?
A two-bedroom unit on a fortnightly clean is usually two to three hours. A four-bedroom house is closer to four. The first clean, or a place that hasn’t had a proper going over in a while, takes longer — we’d rather say that up front than rush it.
