How the arrangement works

Start with a one-off so you can see the standard before committing to anything. If it suits, we move to a regular run — nightly, a few days a week, or weekly — on a fixed rate once we’ve walked the place.

No lock-in contracts. If it stops working for you, tell us and we stop. We’d rather keep the work by doing it properly.

What it costs

From $50 an hour, or a fixed weekly rate once we’ve seen the site. Workplaces usually work out a little cheaper per hour than homes, because there’s more floor area per hour and less travel per job. See what changes the price.

Insurance and clearances

Police-cleared cleaners and full public liability cover. If your building needs inductions, keys signed out or a loading dock booked, tell us at the quote and we’ll build it into the schedule rather than discovering it on the first night.
