Privacy policy

CleanerWA is a home and commercial cleaning business working across the Perth metro area, ABN 14 243 322 969. This page sets out what we do with the details you give us, in plain words rather than legal ones.

What we collect

Only what the booking form asks for: your name, your mobile number, your suburb, what needs cleaning, the day and time that suit you, and anything you choose to put in the notes. That’s all we need to get back to you with a price.

The message that reaches us can also carry the IP address and the browser the form was sent from. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs as well, and those record IP addresses for security.

We don’t take payments on this website, no account to create, and no mailing list to end up on.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for visitors and loads nothing from other companies. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social buttons, no fonts fetched from somewhere else. Nothing follows you around after you leave.

Where your details go

A booking request arrives as an email and stays in our inbox. Our email sits with a mail provider, so a copy of it lives on their servers. The website runs on hosting with servers in France, so anything the site itself stores is stored there.

We don’t sell your details and we don’t hand them to anyone else, unless the law requires it. The one exception is practical: if a vacate clean needs a licensed pest technician for a flea treatment, we’ll ask you before we pass on the address.

How long we keep it

While we’re doing work for you, and for a reasonable time after, so there’s a record of what was agreed. Requests that never turn into a job get cleared out. If you want your details gone sooner, ask and they are gone.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Ask us what we hold and we’ll tell you. Ask us to fix something wrong and we’ll fix it. Ask us to delete it and it’s gone. The quickest way is the form on our contact page. You can also email [email protected] or ring 0404 926 210. If we can’t sort it out between us, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes privacy complaints.
